Signup and organisation approval
We process your email address, preferred language, requested organisation, security credentials, and legal acknowledgement versions to verify identity, prevent unauthorised tenant access, review the request, and maintain an accountability record.
How and why data is used
Account and security data is used to provide the requested service, protect the platform, and meet legal obligations. Optional processing that relies on consent remains off until separately accepted and can be withdrawn.
Recipients and storage
Approved service providers may process the minimum data needed for hosting, authentication, email delivery, security, and support under appropriate agreements. Production data is intended for an approved EU region; any transfer requires a documented safeguard.
Retention and your rights
Data is retained only for approved operational, security, contractual, accounting, reporting, or legal periods. Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object, and may complain to the competent supervisory authority.
Before production, this notice must be completed with the controller's identity, contacts, exact purposes and legal bases, recipients, retention periods, rights process, and supervisory authority.
